Cellulitis sucks

Got a huge fluid filled lump that slowly made its way down my forehead. Once it reached my nose and pooled in the corners of my eyelids, my sis said I looked like an avatar. Nice. It has now pooled under my eyes so I have the biggest eye bags in the world. After starting last year with my broken toe, I really had high hopes that getting out of unlucky 2013 would be better. 2014 sucks just as bad so far.

It's so cold

Wow, Autumn is definitely over and winter is here. Another year is almost over and I still haven't won the lottery but I still have hope. In the words of Del Boy " this time next year, we'll be millionaires".

Anybody got a job?

So, they are restructuring at our place and my job may not be there much longer. The job search starts now. Sad face times infinity.

Roll on holiday time

God, I need a break. I really need a break.

Is the winter finally over?

Can we hope that maybe this year we will actually get a summer with no snow or floods? I'll believe it when I see it.
