EARTHQUAKE!!!!!!!!
At 01:00am on Wednesday, England was hit by an earthquake measuring 5.e on thre richter scale.
I was sat at the computer when the earthquake struck. Grit and stones fell down the chimney and at first I thought our chimney had been blown over by the gales we had been having. Then I realised that the wind had dropped.
Then the noise hit, it sounded like the next door neighbour's house was collapsing against ours.
Then I saw the walls shake, they moved so much.
I was so scared. I was shaking for ages afterwards.
A few of us on AIM were talking to each other about it. We worried together and supported each other.
It reminded me of the wonderful friendships formed here in blogland.
I want to thank everyone who asked anout my wellbeing.
Thank you so much for being there for me through a very scary time.

earthquakes are confusing at the beginning, like I wrote to you, where I lived during my professional training, we had some earthquakes, the first time, I was scared and on the other side watched fascinated how my plants on the windoseat moved.... :)

Hello, my lovely Caz!
Sorry that I broke our appointment yesterday, but I had to deal with another natural phenomenon. We had a storm here last night and it rained heavily and the thunder and lightning were pretty scary.
Well, I survived and the windows are still intact.

I have been keeping up with your weekly posts,with the earthquake and work.
Also, I read that you suck tea through a kit kat. That is so funny, because running bird's boyfriend just mentioned that he and his mates drank coffee like that.
