Well, this week has been great being able to breathe again and not kill myself with coughing fits.
It's been a bad week with the neighbour and his music. he really has been blasting it at all hours. Just this morning he decided to put it on at 4:30am.
The council have told us we can only have the recording box in one more time as we've had it three times already. You are only supposed to have it three times. they figure if you haven't caught any noise by then, it can't be bad enough. The problem for us is he spies when it is delivered and of course he is then silent all week also, the council have to tell him it is being put in, they don't tell him when, just that it's soon. I think this is unfair and he shouldn't get warning to be on his best behaviour.
We caught a lot of loud noise on the second occasion but it was only on the one day and they say they need multiple examples. We just can't win.
If we don't get anything this time, we will have to resort to calling out the wardens to witness his loud music. But they only work office hours and he blasts his in the early hours and evening. The police won't come out, they call it a domestic and they don't deal with those. So we just have to go without sleep and suffer.
Over the years, many people have offered to hurt him for us. It's looking like soon we will have to take someone up on that offer before I crack completely and lose my marbles.
I know it's bad, but I wish him dead every day.

Your right, Miss T. They shouldn't give him warning when they are bringing the box. What's the point in that?! It's like the kid stealing cookies from the barrel. No cookies will go missing while the parents are sitting in the kitchen looking at him!
I'm with Mya. Find out when he's sleeping and blast him with the loudest noises you can. Maybe a hatchet to the power lines while he's blasting his stereo? It will keep him quite for at least a night, and they can't PROVE it was you...
Are you recovered from the flu? I just got my flu shot today, so I'm hopeful I will avoid it this year. I wasn't going to get one, but I had a follow up dr. appt today and he wanted me to get one because my immune system is low. I feel for you, the flu makes you feel like you can feel each and every air molocule as it strikes your body!

Miss T, this noise problem from your neighbor sounds terrible.
I have a very noisy upstairs neighbor, but I can't really complain about her because she just makes a lot of noise doing normal every day things. Although she seems to do them at all hours of the night. She's one of those heavy walkers... when she moves across the room, it sounds like elephants. I hate it. But at least she's not blasting loud music like your neighbor. I really hope they manage to catch some good examples of his noise this time around!

I think he is actually a vampire who never sleeps. I'm gonna be blasting him in the days leading up to the recirding box in order to tempt him to start haha!
Hiya L, thanks sweetie. You know I have laid in bed so many times listening to his booming music and pictured all sorts ot scenarios as to how I can stop him. I think cutting the power might be something I look into hahaha.
