February #3

I'm back from London and catching up on emails but won't really be online till tomorrow. I'm catching up on rest. I never sleep well in London cos I stay with my uncle and cousin and they snore like you wouldn't believe.

Anyway, I aced the medical but have to go back to redo the fitness test. I knew I would cos I've never done one of these bleep tests before. At least now, I know what I have to do and have weeks to practise. It's so hard trying to get the timing right when you've never done it before.

Anyway, at least I got all the medical and paperwork out of the way. Gonna check out the nearest gyms and do some jogging hahaha!

MissT!!!! Welcome back! I'm happy to hear things went "relatively" well in London.

Don't you worry about that physical. You'll ace that next time!

Thank you for what you said about my niece!!! She is stunning, isn't she?! She is also one the sweetest, smartest young ladies you could ever meet. Of course, I am quite biased!

Seriously, we were ALL very lucky (and blessed) with her. Her little brother too! Of course, his mouth is about 50 times louder than her's!
;)

I hope you caught up on some of your rest ~ after your jogging!

Hugs and Much Love,
Wendy

Is a bleep test like trying to see how many times you can say *bleep* in a sentence?

If so, I could coach you on that one!

Bleepity bleep bleep bleepin' bleep!

Just kidding...

Love you!

Good job on the medical part! I know you'll do fine with the other part.

Lots of people have been having crazy dreams this past week. I don't know why, but they all seem to be very vivid and wake you up out of a dead sleep.

Last night I snored so loud I woke myself up. :)

MissTottenham said...

Thanks Jenn sweetie.

Everyone seems to be having these dreams. Maybe there is something in the air right now.

My mum falls asleep on the sofa and wakes herself snoring. She finds me sat there looking at her going tutt tutt.

I'm not a snorer but I hate doing the head bobbing thing on the bus. I did that loads on my way back from London. When your head bobs just too low and you jerk it back up and look around cos you are sure everyone is watching you. I hate that hahaha!

Hi MissT!

Just a quick slide by. You'll be brill for your next beep test now you know what to expect. They do them here as well for school fitness. The kids hate them with a passion!

I saw your sad comment about the family of six over at M's. What can I say? That is a ridiculous amount of prison time for the loss of six lives! The poor grandparents having to deal with the loss of their loved ones in such a terrible manner. It's heartbreaking. Decapitation is hideous - more so for the survivors. Around 10 years ago a friend of the family ran into the back of a truck, that suddenly stopped in the middle of the road in a 100km speed zone. Her head ended up in the back of the car with her daughter. It is an understatement to say that the daughter is still messed up. =(

Catch you around.
xoxo

I'm not much of a snorer either, but when my sinuses clog up I have issues.

I'm a sleep talker. Sometimes I wake up mid-sentence. I have no idea what I just said or what I was going to say.

And there's my husband staring at me waiting for the rest of my ramblings.

Oh, and he's laughing.

I have to admit, I finally had to google beep test, I had no clue what you were talking about--I thought you were using "Beep" as in censoring yourself, but I thought that was hella strange because I've never known you to miss an opportunity to curse! I guess if you had said that fucking beep test I would have been even MORE confused. :) So, you confused me with beep test, I got you with Nannerpus, and now the cycle will start over!

Jennicula said...

I was with Carrie on the beep test, although I didn't look it up because I thought you were bleeping yourself.

She also got me with Nannerpuss.

I think I need to get out more often. :)

Hiya PP, thanks for popping into my place (that sounded rude).

OMG, your story about your friends' daughter. Makes you wonder how you can carry on a normal life after living through something like that. I don't know if I could. I think I'd be a jibbering wreck for the rest of my life.

xxx

LOL Jenn, a sleep talker. You should tape yourself and listen the next day to see if you actually remember what you were on about.

You never know, you might subconsciously be reciting details about an invention that could earn you millions.

xxx

LOL carrie, that fucking beep test. Of course i never miss an opportunity to swear. How else would I teach you "proper" English hahahaha!

Nannerpus kick ass. I do believe that is an American term.

xxx

LOL Jenn, we so do. I think it's quite worrying how much we are out of touch. How could I not know what nannerpus meant ?????????? LOL.

Miss T, I got your comments you left at my blog. I'm sorry if you couldn't see them at first.

I have comment moderation on so I check my comments before I publish them. Oops. Anyways, thank you so much for the words and support. I did read your comment over at seven's, but thank you so much anyways for the encouragement.

It was about time I had to do something about my condition besides admitted it, and ironically, I was looking back at one of the old mayo posts where I first admitted the depression. How about that.

It's so easy to doubt or question yourself, but you can't let that stop you from being the great person that you are, and I truly believe you are a wonderful person. Thank you so much for that.

Thank you for all of the kind words. I hope you're well Miss T.

Thank you for your message, Miss T :)

I am so stressed that I haven't slept in two nights, and was dry-heaving at one point (didn't actually vomit as there was nothing in my stomach - I was to stressed to eat). I am having a good cry right now, then will have a bubble bath then head to bed. I'm so exhausted I think I should be able to sleep tonight. I have a free phone appointment Friday afternon with a debt analysis consultant. They will go over with me the debt I wish to get rid of, and advise me on the best way to do that. I really really hope something positive can come of that, because right now life totally sucks.

You Just look after yourself BC sweetie and know that you have friends here who care.

You too RW sweetie, It's good that you are seeking help. I hope that they can ease your stress and hepl sort your problems.

I am thinking about you sweetie.

Thank you, Miss T :)

I am actually feeling a bit better today. I had a good night's sleep last night, and my appetite has come back after 3 days of barely eating. Also, my parents have been very supportive lately, though my dad still doesn't get that I do not want to consider bankruptcy except as a very last resort. I have a free phone consultation with a debt settlement consultant tomorrow evening. After that, I should be better able to decide what step I'm going to take.

I feel sick to my stomach over the whole thing. I'll be glad when it's settled & over.

MissTottenham said...

I'm so glad you are feeling a bit better and eating RW.

I hope the consultation helped and got things sorted for you.

And i agree with you, bankruptcy should always be a last resort.
