March #2

I've been to the doctors today and got my gym discount card. It means it'll only cost me £1 every time I go and it lasts for 12 weeks.

I have to wait for my induction first before I can start. And I can use this discount at the gym at my local pool which is fantastic as it will save me bus fare money to go to anywhere further afield.

It'll all good so far. Better get my running shoes out.

Hooray for gym discounts! I'm lucky enough that my company pays for a trainer to come in twice a week and give us a circuit training class. I feel so much healthier since I started doing it. But I don't know what I'm going to do when the class ends, or if I can't get back in next term. I'm not sure if I'm ready to pay for a full gym membership, it can be so expensive!

Anyway, I hope you're doing well, and I hope you enjoy the exercise!

I could walk for hours, but running would kill me.

Have fun exercizing. Put some good tunes on your Ipod and work your buns off!

Hiya Andrea,

that sounds like a good deal. I hope you manage to get back in next term. Gym memberships are outrageous prices. And once they have you signed up they make it virtually impossible to ever get away again. Bastards hahaha!

It will be my poor buns taking the brunt of my exercise. I never seem to get aching legs but oh how my arse does ache. And I let everyone know about it.

I'm not much for planned exercize. But everytime I ride my bike after a long break, the bones in my arse get bruised and I have trouble walking.

I'm fairly sure I walk like I have a stick up there for a few days. :)

LOL Jenn. Our poor arses are always taking the brunt. I think I might contemplate some more jogging tomorrow. Wish me luck.

That's fantastic news Miss t! I'm glad you got your discount card. At least now one of us will start shedding the pounds sooner, lol.

I am still aiming for my own gym membership, not to mention I'm gonna try cutting out the junk food too, even though it's delicious. Why does junk food have to be delicious and tasty? :S

Good luck with the gym. I wish you the best, I know you can do it!
