So, today I went for my gym induction. It's quite a nice little gym with a range of people there, though mostly older folks so that's good as I don't feel all nervous with the gorgeous toned fit people making me look crap.
The bloke set me going on most of the machines and each time he'd say "you ever been on one of these" to which my every reply was "nope". I thought he was gonna end up saying "you ever got off your arse ever before" to which the answer would have been "nope".
Actually, once I got on the machines he said that my heart rate was quite good. He said that I could go into the exercise class that was levelled at quite fit people already. I was gobsmacked. I mean, I walk most places so I'm fit like that but breaking a sweat isn't really my thing.
Anyway, the bloke promised me he could get me up to the level I'd need to pass my fitness test no probs.
We shall see.

Not as good as my rudery rubbing I suppose, oh well, fuck.
Love ya!
Work it girl!
How does the bloke feel about a satchel of chocolate tied through a belt loop in case of light-headedness?
Thanks guys, all this motivational stuff is helping.
The thoughts of chocolate keep me going too hahahaha!
Solly, thoughts of your rudery somehow makes me run faster, what does that mean?

Miss T
Twas lovely to hear from you today. It has indeed been way too long but on the rare occasions I now visit blogland I always try to see how you're doin.
Congrats on progress with the police job. I hope it works out the way you wish. It will never be dull!
Life is pretty hectic with me but not in a great way unfortunately. This is one bitch of a year so far.
On a brighter note cannot wait for F1 to start and am so happy they are changing rules to ensure that winner of most races wins-poor little Massa would have won last year if that was the case.
I must be off to bed now but I will be in touch soon. Best of luck with everything.

I guess you're right. It's never too early in the day to start nibbling on chocolate.
Especially if I'm in a fighting mood before I get out of bed. :)
Hiya EB37 sweetie, I've missed you loads. no one else understands the thrill of F1 like you do.
I'm so sorry to hear that life is shitty right now. You know where I am if you need me.
Yeah, the new rules should make it interesting. Can't wait now, just one more week ARGH!

LOL Jenn, it's never to early for chocolate girl.
