Good luck!
When do you have to move?
I love new places but hate moving. I know, it sounds odd.
I guess it's the blank canvass of the empty walls just waiting for me to decorate.
I've moved a lot in my life and always felt that if I could picture my furniture in that home, then it was right for me.
Have fun!
Did you have any luck?
We're getting over a foot of snow tonight into tomorrow night. I'm kind of excited about it. I like to watch the snow fall. It's calming to me.
But being stuck inside also means that I have to find constructive things to do, so I'm going to clean out the closet and toss the things that no longer fit me.
Have a great weekend. I look forward to hearing about your trip.
Hiya Jenn sweetie, just got back from London last night and am shattered. Would you believe that I only looked at one place and took it. My uncle used to live on this road in Ealing that is really near the shops, really near the tube, a really safe road but really quiet and nice. I was kinda in dream world saying "I wish there was one available there". I checked the nearest estate agents website on the morning and saw one for my price range. We went to the etstate agents and they said it was a great price for that kind of place and it hadn't gone yet cos the woman living there at the mo worked till 7pm so they were haviung trouble catching her in to show people round. But she rang while we were there and just caught her as she was leaving and as we were just round the corner, she said we could come in. We went and it had everything I wanted. It's not huge but I got a bathroom with a bath (I can't do with just showers), I got a seperate kitchen (I hate when the kitchen is in the living area), I got a big bed and seperate sofa ( I didn't like the places where it was literally like one big bedroom), I got a sofa bed for when mum and sis come to visit. I basically got everything on my tick list for an affordable price. My mate who lives in London and rents out a property says I did really well but literally we were just lucky enough to be there at the right mo. Then we went to the shops and I found £5 on the floor. It was like a day of fate.
We are supposed to be having snow this week. It's supposed to start tues and get worse each day, gulp.
I read in the news about how bad the snow is in the US right now. Did you use the time to clear out the wardrobes? If you did, you'll have more space in there which of course will need filling with new clothes ^_^
