Well, I've been here just over a fortnight now. I'm enjoying the course, the people on it are a good laugh, though the work is hard, so much to revise.
I have made friends with the girl downstairs and she makes cakes and invites me for cake and tea (I have just got back from there).
We have our uniforms on weds and will have to wear them from now on. I have to wear my hair in a bun and I look stupid with it all scraped back. I am gonna have my fringe cut back in *sobs, it took so long to grow out* but it has to be done.
Man, I have so much to catch up on. I have missed you all.

Hello Miss T
Welcome to London! Congrats on the new job. Me thinks you are very brave! Glad you are settling into your new home and hope you have lots of fun with your new friends.
Sorry I have not been in touch but have had year from hell-you think it cannot feel any worse but then it does.
Sadly lost another brother in September which means all my favourite people have gone now. I did not handle it all very well but now readjusting to a new life.
I will be in touch soon to see how you are getting on-I bet the uniform will look great.
Take care

eb, i believe you and i shared a hello or two before? i'm sorry to hear you've had so much loss.
miss t, welcome back to the internets!
*sets down a couple of little housewarming gifts*
how do you like your new home? what's it like? (aside from the very obvious plus of a baking neighbor!)
i hope we'll get to see a pic of you in your uniform...?
:)
MissT: Welcome back!
Bacon diet is going well. I've maintained my weight which is better than gaining anything I guess!
I'm tired of socks because I like to pamper my toes and wear sandals.
How's the job?
Just popping in to say hi.
I'm sure you'll look wonderful in your uniform.
Hope you're well.
Take care.
Hiya EB37 sweetie, long time no see. I've been thinking of you lately.
I'm so sorry to hear that you have had a bad year. I had a couple myself a few years back and I know what you mean. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. I'm so sorry about your brother. Anytime you need to chat, I'm here. It takes so long to be able to function again after something like that. I hope you are coping a bit better now sweetie. *huge hugs*
You take care sweetie and I can't wait to hear from you when you are ready.
xxxx
Hiya TJ sweetie. LOL I love the gifts, especially the mug. It's so me, however did you guess hee hee!
My place is on a nice quiet street but it is literally two streets away from all the shops, banks, restaurants, everything. The tube station is just round the corner. I'm not far way from where I'll eventually be placed after our training. I'll be in Wembley and EB37 works there.
I have a little kitchen which is easy to keep clean, a nice little bathroom, a main room where my bed is. I have a high up double bed which gives me more space below and a double sofa bed which means I can sleep 4 people so there's room for guests. I wanted a seperate bed and sofa cos so many places are so small, everything is literally a bed with a fridge and a microwave at the bottom and a shared bathroom. There's no way I wanted that, so I've been very lucky.
No uniform pics just yet. I'll post professional pics from when we have our passing out parade in April.

Hiya Jenn sweetie. LOL if you have not gained any weight on the bacon diet then you are flourishing on it hee hee!
The job is great so far as we are only in training. We have all been joking about messing up our exams so we get put back three weeks cos we are enjoying it and will miss each other when it's over. We have a class of 24 and we all have such a laugh. It was our first day in uniform today and it's actually more comfy than the smart clothes we've had to wear so far. We were cs sprayed the other day to see how we react to it so we get an idea if we were to get sprayed working with a PC. It was painful for a bit but interesting all the same.
I shall keep you updated. So far I have a lot of revising to do. I'll be at it all weekend cos we have a mock exam on Tuesday. Wish me luck.
Set your toes free, I love a pair of flip flops myself.

Hiya Welshie sweetie, aw thanks for that. I don't look too daft. We women have a kind of bowler het and the blokes have a flat cap which they are moaning about cos it makes them look like traffic wardens hahah!
Take care sweetie xxxxx
it sounds like a cozy little place, miss t.! and being so close to everything is what i remember from my time in london, too -- although that wasn't always such a good thing when one of the shops was a bakery... lol
i hope you're doing great!
Your place sounds wonderful! I love when homes are easy to keep clean.
I'm envious of your uniform. I love uniforms. I love wearing them and people in them.
Although, I got a speeding ticket the other day and I wasn't loving that uniformed officer.
:)
LOL TJ, I know what you mean. It would be the death of me to be too close to Pizza Hut hahah!
Aw Jenn, poor you with the ticket. Were you speeding home to get to the bacon faster hee hee!
You should see me with the hat on, I look the biz hahah! I shall post pics when we get them done at our passing out.
Were you speeding home to get to the bacon faster hee hee!
Yes, how did you know?
I bet you look da bomb-diggity in your uniform.
Do you get to take the handcuffs home with you after work or do you have to leave them at the office?
Hi Miss T.
Just popping in to wish you good luck in your exam tomorrow.
*leaves a Good Luck card and a lucky four leaved clover on Miss T's table*
Take care.
LOL Jenn sweetie, we have to leave the handcuffs behind. But I suppose there's nothing stopping me from buying my own hee hee!
Thanks Welshie sweetie, the four leaf clover worked cos I passed. One more exam to go, you'll have to leave me another ^_^
