Is the winter finally over?

Can we hope that maybe this year we will actually get a summer with no snow or floods? I'll believe it when I see it.

LOL maybe you should have a little ceremony to help the cats come to terms with it.

I will give them extra catnip to cushion the blow.

Hey stranger(s)!

I finally pulled the flannel off the beds, opened the windows, and put the lemon bushes outside (not a euphemism for anything).

That very night the temperatures hit freezing.

It's been cold, rainy, and windy since then.

The cats have been mourning the loss of flannel, but if it doesn't warm up soon, I'm putting them back on.

With flannel the cats will sleep at my feet. Without flannel they will sleep on my head.

I need to breathe.

Selfish, I know. But air is important to me.

Other than that, how are you?

I once had a cat that went bonkers for the tool box. She would hear it creak open and then be all over it. I don't know if it was the grease or WD40 smell, or what that made her crazy.

It got a little weird. She'd try to bite you when you needed to pull her out.

We had to hide the tool box.

LOL RW, that can be my new blogname. I love it.

I loooooooovvvvveeee the smell of WD40.

Maybe your cat just had aspirations to be a mechanic.

Hahahah! I'm so over-tired I read "new blogname" as "new bologna"

I like the smell of WD40 too. Willie has something else like it. I forget what the name is but it smells like cherry.

My cat was definitely a weird one. She also used to chow on popcorn and cheese. You had to share with her or else she would bite whatever you were eating when you weren't looking.

My Cockatiel likes to eat pizza, chips, crisps, biscuits, pancakes. He does eat bird food inbetween but he sqwarks to have some of whatever we've got. Considering the crap he eats, he's outlived his lifespan and he's a good lookin fella with no feathers missing. Must be doing something right.

Maybe he's the happiest bird in the world? He eats great, has moments of playing hide-n-seek, and loves to talk. Sounds like a good life to me!

Plus he doesn't have to go to work.

That is the good life.

Yes, I think some people feel that because they can squeeze into whatever they're wearing, they have a right to assault our eyes.

It's not that I'm a sizeist. I believe that I shouldn't wear some things too. And I don't wear them.

Nobody needs to see me in hot pants and a tube top. :)

I'd probably live a long time if I didn't have to work too!

I think they have special websites for those kinds of pictures.
