Last day of work for a week. Lovin it.
Had a great time at the coast. Went on a boat ride and fell asleep. When I woke up, we were surrounded by fog, couldn't see land. I was sure I was trapped in a Stephen King film. Spooky.
Fog always freaks me out.
Fog in the woods, fog on an island.
It's because it muffles sounds and hides things.
And nearly all the horror movies I've watched, the fog rolls in right before the ghosty-ghoulies show up.
Doesn't it just?
Super spooky, then the spookiness was broken as they played the song fog on the Tyne, not at all scary LOL.
Maybe they knew the fog was getting too spooky and wanted to temper it a bit?
I don't know. But I have found that sometimes even the happiest tune can be the creepiest of them all.
Especially when clowns are involved.
:)
Oh God Jenn, I HATE CLOWNS!!!!
Why do they even exist? They are not funny, they are creepy, they should be banned.
Rant over.
As a child I didn't mind clowns as long as they stayed in the ring and away from me.
As I've grown older I have found clowns are just damn creepy. Even when they stay in the ring like they're supposed to.
But I know deep down in my heart that the clown is only waiting for me to leave so they can follow me home and chop me up into little bits and make a stew out of me to feed their clown friends.
Ok, maybe I've been watching too many scary films.
Nope, you are right, following people home and chopping them up is the clown agenda, obviously.
Thank you. I knew you knew the truth.
